Edinburgh International Conference Centre
This event center is designed to be inclusive to people of all abilities and our team has received full Equality and Diversity Training. The EICC’s two main entrances both have automated sliding doors which are operated by a push button from the outside and by sensor from the inside. During an event these doors are manned with security who can offer assistance if required. All areas of the venue can be reached by lift. All lifts have spoken messages indicating which floor the lift is on and whether the doors are opening or closing. Additionally, all lifts have grab bars for delegates with impaired mobility. Hopetoun House (High Lady/Lord and High Fae Only)
Our Friday night ball will held at the Hopetoun House, a historic estate located outside the city of Edinburgh. Transportation will be provided for High Fae and High Lady ticket holders with an accessibility option. The space itself offers stepless access to all main floor spaces. A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available at the event space for guest use. Thursday Evening Ball (High Lady/Lord Only)
Our Thursday night ball is currently set to be held at a historical location in Edinburgh; however, for contractual reasons, we are not able to announce it until closer to the event. Please note that the planned location does have cobblestone pathways with ramped access to locations. Some smaller spaces (not the primary event rooms) are accessed via short flights of stairs with handrails. Any updates to the location will be shared prior to the event.
