Our event is meant to be inclusive and ensure that everyon can come together in this community. If you have specific ADA needs, please fill out the form in the link below.
We will have a dedicated ADA coordinator onsite to help answer questions and help navigate the convention.
We do offer a free ADA companion pass, if needed. Please contact fabledfantasyevents@gmail.com to request one.
Please note that this event is at a historic location and there are sessions on various levels of the Biltmore Hotel. Every room has access via a lift, and signs will be available to help direct you to the correct location.

We have so many incredible authors, narrators, vendors, and other talent that will be at our Los Angele convention! Like every similar fan convention, we cannot guarantee that you will see all attending authors.

Attending Author: These authors will be at their own dedicated booths throughout all Friday and Saturday at the convention. While they may step away for periods of time, they will be available the majority of the time for book signings. No separate registration is needed to meet these authors and they make up approximately 95% of our authors!
Ticketed Authors: These authors are contracted to appear for set periods of time, meaning that they will only be available for signings a portion of the day on Friday and Saturday. Attendees must have a separate (free) registration for these authors and are not guaranteed as part of your ticket due to author capacity.
