Hi! Thank you for your interest in Romantasy BookCon in Orlando - Oct 22-24, 2026!

This is an application to be an a vendor at our event. Due to the large volume of applications that we receive, we only send out acceptance, not rejections. Please be patient as we assess applications in batches as we receive them.

Accepted vendors will be responsible for the non-refundable $50 table fee to secure their spot. This fee covers an 8x10 spot, 6’ table, table cloth, two chairs, and pipe & drape. If you would like to request a double booth, please note in the special accommodations section. These requests are not guaranteed and will be reviewed by our team. If double booths are approved, an extra $50 table fee will apply. You may bring one assistant to the convention portion at no charge (two assistants for a double booth). Please note that there are optional upgrades for both vendors and assistants. There are also sponsorships available. Vendors are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.

Accepted vendors will be invoiced by our QuickBooks shortly after acceptance. Due to high demand, payment must be received within seven (7) days to secure your spot.

Fabled Fantasy Events supports human artists. We do not accept any authors, vendors, artists, narrators, or any other individual/company that uses generative AI.
