Orlando 2026 Volunteer Application

If you are interested in being a volunteer for the Romantasy BookCon Orlando event, please fill out the following form. The event dates are October 22-24th, 2026. You must be available to volunteer for at least two 3 hour blocks for either Pre-Con, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday. There will be a non-mandatory informational session/ Q&A the week of the convention, but this will also be covered in a volunteer email if you can not make the meeting.

As a volunteer, you will receive a volunteer crew t-shirt, have access to the Realm of Romantasy (Friday night), and have day convention access on the same day that you volunteer Friday and/or Saturday. Note that if you volunteer on Thursday or Pre-Con, you will be given a Friday or Saturday day pass.

You will also have the unique opportunity to purchase a single ball-only ticket for Saturday’s Midnight Masquerade for $125. If you volunteer during the masquerade, then you will only be required to do a two-hour block (the ball is four hours). The ball-only fee will be waived for those that volunteer during the ball.
