Scotland 2027 Volunteer Application

If you are interested in being a volunteer for the Romantasy BookCon Scotland event, please fill out the following form. The event dates are July 15-16, 2027. You must be available to volunteer for at least two 3 hour blocks for either Pre-Con, Thursday and/or Friday. There will be a non-mandatory informational session/ Q&A the week of the convention, but this will also be covered in a volunteer email if you cannot make the meeting.

As a volunteer, you will receive a volunteer crew t-shirt, have access to Friday night’s event, and have day convention access on the same day that you volunteer Thursday or Friday. Note that if you volunteer on Pre-Con, you will be given a Thursday or Friday day pass.

You will also have the unique opportunity to purchase a single Volunteer Ball-Only ticket!
